Exciting Property Management Team Coordinator role based in Huntingdon

Your new company
An opportunity has arisen for you to work with a national multi-disciplinary property consultancy, within their headquarters based in Huntingdon. They specialise in property & planning, offering both professional and agency services across a variety of large commercial portfolios for national clientele in both the private and public sector. Their clientele operate within retail, heritage and numerous other sectors. As a national consultancy, you will gain exposure to the expertise of surveyors across various areas of the business, and the opportunity to grow into other departments within the business, or even other offices in both the northern parts of the country and central London.

Your new role
The ideal candidate will be required to be based in the Huntingdon office to help co-ordinate and manage the daily activity and provide support in the preparation of presentations and reports produced to clients on a monthly or quarterly basis. The person will be a central point of contact for the whole team and also have direct interface with clients and other parts of the business.
Responsibilities within the role are co-ordination and preparation of Monthly Client Reports which will be mainly on Excel; preparation of business development presentations; preparation of client reports; dealing with queries and requests from clients or other parts of the business; supporting a busy team of Surveyors with administration tasks as required; diary management for team, internal and external meetings including client interface; preparing agendas and taking and sending minutes; processing holiday requests, expenses and internal invoices and opening, logging and distributing post.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will possess excelling communication skills, both written and verbal; be highly organised and have an advanced competency using Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word; a good working knowledge of database and systems would be advantageous, but training will be provided.
You will need to have a good eye for detail and the ability to audio type, and a knowledge and interest in property would be a useful tool within this role.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a basic salary of up to £20,000, dependant on experience. You will entitled to a subsidised gym membership and a company pension plus several other benefits to the company. The role is a full time position but the company is open to flexible hours.
